What is P.C.A.B. License?

If you are a Registered Legal Business / Legit Contractor and Builder in the Philippines, you are required to secure a PCAB License in order to get construction contract as a Legitimate Construction Company. PCAB means : Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board

Philippine Law states :

No. 1746 provides that no contractor (including sub-contractor and specialty contractor) shall engage in the business of contracting without first having secured a PCAB license to conduct business. It is an offense to engage in contracting business without a license first being obtained. ... Wait for license release.

Question : I am a new registered construction company, can i apply for a PCAB License?

Answer : YES!, you should apply it to have a PCAB License to avoid future problems.
