Latest Audited Financial Statement
DTI / SEC documents
Philhealth Registration Certificate
SSS Registration Certificate
Pag-Ibig Registration Certificate
STE (engineer / archi) Requirements (updated PRC, updated CV)
Projects completed previous license duration
If you are doing it on your own, you better study the process and procedures before submitting to PCAB because there is a big chance of down grade or denial of your renewal.
The fees you will pay to the PCAB Office are non-refundable. Meaning, you will need to pay the SAME FEES if you will re-apply.
