How long is a PCAB License VALID and when should I renew it❓
PCAB stands for Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board, and this license is their accreditation required for ALL contractors to legally operate and engage in construction projects in the Philippines (Even for FOREIGN companies building in the PH) 🏗️ 📄 ✔️
A Regular PCAB License is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. ⏳ (Ex. Apr 23, 2026 - Apr 23, 2027)
In the past, licenses followed the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30), meaning all licenses expired on June 30 regardless of the date they were issued. However, under the current system, PCAB now issues licenses that are valid for a full 12 months from the date they’re approved.
IMPORTANT⚠️ You should RENEW your license 30–60 days before it expires to avoid any delay or business interruption.
If you do not renew your license, it will expire, and your company cannot legally bid or undertake projects. You may also face penalties or will need to reapply for a NEW license.
🔔 This is our reminder to check your license's validity and start your RENEWAL application at least 30-60 days before its expiry to avoid possible penalties.
